Which row at a NHL rink would be the first one that could see over the glass/boards?
is 7th row good? like section 19, row 7, seats 3&4 in nj.

What do you mean exactly? No seats can see all of the ice, unless you were sitting on the jumbotron. Every row can see at least most of the ice over the boards, but each row up will give you a better perspective of more of the ice. l do not really understand what you are meaning..

Over the boards? All seats can see over the boards.

Over the glass? Second level usually.

It is give & take. You will be too close to see the puck if it is within 8-10 feet of the boards on the side u r sitting. But, the players will be right there in front of u & u will be very close to the action. Section 19 is right at center ice, so u have some pretty good seats. The hardest thing to see will be the action in both corners on ur side. Plan on leaving with a stiff neck. When u loose sight of the puck, it is hard not to look up at the big screen to see what is going on.

You've got good seats though. If u take a camera u will be able to get great shots of the face-offs at center & the players on the benches across the ice.
