I am interviewing someone about the NHL lockout (old news, l know) and wanna know some good questions to ask.

Things like what are pros and cons, other intelligent questions that l can write a good article about afterwards.

l do not know who u r interviewing, but here r a few questions l would ask:

What do u think r some of the lasting negative effects from the lockout on the current 2008-09 NHL season?

What party do u think was solely responsible for the NHL lockout? Could it have been avoided in any way, if so, how?

What r ur thoughts on Commissioner Gary Bettman? Also how do u think Bettman handled the lockout situation with the NHL Player is Association?

Do u think the NHL could ever regain its popularity in this post-lockout era, comparing to the other major sports such as the NFL, MLB, & even the NBA in the near future? If so, how?

***Another thing l would throw in is, why do u think ESPN has abandoned the sport of hockey, after it dropped the sport from its network schedule?
