Based on the standings, it is San Jose, Boston, New York Rangers, Detroit, and Washington.

l can not argue against San Jose or Detroit belonging in the top 5, and it'd waste too much energy to come up with the argument against Boston, but l would consider Montreal and Philadelphia to be better than the Rangers and Washington, and barring further injury to any team I've mentioned, l fully expect the end-of-season standings to support this claim.
