Hey all..As we all know the hockey season is underway and i'm looking for ways to get me in more shape and better fit out for the season..Anybody have any tips on some workout routines or healthy eating habits on game days?

Just RUN RUN RUN. l ran 10 miles a week including school and Im in good shape for hockey.

what im doing is alot of endurance & conditioning workouts as well as weight lifting, like the guy above me said run run & run, but also start a lifting program, do some push ups, pull ups & get ur self a set of dumbbells for ur strength & endurance, eat lots of protein & drink lots of water, im working on this blog meant only for workouts & tips maybe this will help, it is also what im doing to get ready for MMA check it out
